In their February issue of Valley Lawyer, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association (SFVBA) published an article featuring new Board members of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association (SCVBA). The article, entitled “A New Board and a Great Year Ahead,” was written by our very own Taylor F. Williams, Firm Partner at Young & Williams LLP and President of the SCVBA.
In the article, Williams highlights each new Board member, including the Immediate Past President, Treasurer, Secretary, SFVBA Liaison, two Members-at-Large, and two new Board members. The Treasurer is Lucas E. Rowe, our Associate Attorney here at Young & Williams LLP. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and his main practice areas include bankruptcy, business transactions, premises liability defense, and other forms of civil litigation.
Williams also discusses future events, including the SCVBA’s 8th Annual High School Speech Competition in April. The top three winners, along with distinguished bench officers from the SCVBA’s Scholars and Bench Night, will receive scholarships.
